TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope of Service

Core Integrity Solutions LLC provides drone detection, signal intelligence, and airspace security consulting. We do not provide physical “kinetic” drone take-down services, nor do we violate FAA regulations regarding signal jamming.

2. Compliance with Law

All operations are conducted in strict accordance with Wisconsin State Statutes and FAA Part 107 regulations. We operate as a professional security consulting firm and prioritize the legal integrity of all gathered evidence.

3. Limitation of Liability

While our systems utilize industry-leading technology to detect unauthorized drones, no system is 100% infallible. Core Integrity Solutions LLC provides detection and reporting but does not guarantee the prevention of all privacy intrusions or criminal acts.

4. Client Authorization

By requesting a site survey, the client represents that they have the legal authority to authorize surveillance of the specified property’s airspace.

5. Professional Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement if the violate requests actions that violate federal, state, or local laws.
