J. Jacobs brings a high-readiness mindset to complex private sector challenges, rooted in over a decade of military reconnaissance, advanced optics, and counter-surveillance operations. Serving his 11th year as a 19D Cavalry Scout (105th CAV) with past deployment experience alongside the 127th Infantry, his background in securing assets in contested environments translates directly to domestic intelligence gathering and perimeter defense. He is an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot, a credentialed graduate of the Executive Protection Institute (EPI), and is currently finalizing his Wisconsin Private Detective licensure. By combining tactical military discipline with elite civilian training, he ensures Core Integrity Solutions delivers actionable intelligence, absolute discretion, and uncompromising operational security.

As the majority owner and head of administration, D. Jacobs directs the agency’s strategic growth, corporate compliance, and elite client relations. Her focus rests on the seamless intersection of advanced technology and absolute discretion, ensuring that every property we protect receives personalized, white-glove oversight. She actively manages the operational bridge between our field agents, our technical sensors, and the peace of mind of our clients. Dedicated to the highest standards of confidentiality, she oversees the secure handling of all site intelligence, legal evidence, and forensic reporting. She is also currently finalizing her Wisconsin Private Detective licensure in order to direct complex casework. Her leadership ensures that our agency’s investigative protocols remain as strictly disciplined and reliable as the military-grade technology we deploy.
